MUSCLE CHEST (CHEST / pectoral)

Chest muscles along with the muscles of the upper arm is often known as the "show muscle". Because usually, especially for men, the first sight fell on these muscles. In the world of bodybuilding exercises for the muscles of the chest, bench press, often used as a standard for the assessment and comparison of strength.
