MUSCLE BACK

Back muscles of the body is a complex and extensive as it is located at the back and rarely looked so sometimes rarely practiced. In the bodybuilding game every so often an athlete comes out as the winner simply because the back muscles have tremendous wide, thick, and well defined than its nearest competitor.

Studying the back muscles with medical science would be troublesome because the back muscles is made up of many muscles, multi-layered, and cross each other. In the world of bodybuilding back muscles just focus on the outside of the back muscles can be assessed development.

Exercise rowing is one of the exercises for the back muscles mass thickness. Beberapar back muscles which are directly stimulated this movement are:

Latissimus dorsii
Teres major
Teres minor
Rear deltoid
Infrasupinatus
Rhomboid
Trapezius

The movement of this exercise is also important in other sports such as gymnastics (gymnastics) especially when training with rings, high bar and uneven bars. The movement of this exercise was similar movements in other sports such as basketball, archery, swimming, wrestling, judo and rock climbing.

Other exercises for back muscles are pulling movement, where the movement is causing stimulation of the muscles of the following:

This exercise in the world of bodybuilding and fitness is known as an exercise to stretch the back muscles to form and often referred to as wings. This exercise is also useful to help other sports such as rock climbing, gymnast in all the interesting movements (pulling actions) on the horizontal bar and rings. Even this useful exercise to strengthen the muscles needed in sports, especially swimming breaststroke and butterfly.

This exercise in conjunction with the shoulder exercises, will help improve your posture women who have a pear shape to be more proportional. Back muscles are well developed will add value to the poses upper body such as the rear double biceps pose, and also will give a fuller appearance of the body as a whole.

The development of the back muscles said to be good if in addition to having a large wing muscles and a thick, lower back muscles are well defined (dry), and middle back muscles are thicker. Besides stretching and toning the muscles in between sets when training is very effective for the development of the back muscles.
