Basically no one has a perfect body shape. The development of each muscle does not always have the same rapid rate. There are people who have the power or the rate of development of a better chest and shoulder muscles, but weak on the leg muscles. There also have unique rate of development arm and calf muscles are better but the rate of development of muscle strength and chest and back weaker or slower. For that reason this chapter will try to explain in detail about the various types of exercises for each muscle group, what are the benefits of exercise, so it can be used and utilized as needed.
I'll bet you can't guess what muscle in your body is the muscle that eliminates joint and back pains, anxiety and excessive fat.
